All Hands at Loyamo: Insights, discussion and plenty of fun!
This is the second time this year that we’ve held our All Hands event. It’s a format we’ve firmly established because, as a team, we want not only to work together but also to grow closer together.
We kicked off with an engaging insight session on CRM and newsletter marketing, exploring how strategic CRM strengthens customer relationships and increases customer lifetime value. The focus was on specific automation strategies such as behaviour-based customer journeys, predictive analytics and conditional content.
Alongside these strategies, we had an in-depth discussion about our new business: How do current sales processes work? And how can each of us in the team provide optimal support to perfectly meet customer needs right from the start?
Afterwards, we rounded off the evening together with a good meal, because good work deserves to be celebrated, of course
What makes us particularly happy: we’ve been able to welcome lots of new faces to our team over the last few months. It’s lovely to see our team continuing to grow 🙌
