Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Consultancy, optimisation and expansion of our clients’ online marketing activities across various sectors
- Planning, management and continuous optimisation of paid media campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Tracking, web analytics and data-driven formulation of recommendations for our clients
- Development and implementation of cross-channel performance marketing strategies
- Close collaboration with our clients and independent management of client projects – including strategic consultancy, depending on experience
- Analysing relevant KPIs, preparing reports and presenting the results
- Identifying new opportunities and trends in performance marketing and developing innovative optimisation approaches

What we expect:
- A passion for performance marketing and digital growth
- Initial or several years’ professional experience in performance marketing. For entry-level (Junior) roles, we require at least 1 year’s full-time professional experience.
- Knowledge of one or more areas such as SEA, paid social, SEO, tracking or web analytics
- Experience with common tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- An analytical mindset and a structured, independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with clients and as part of a team
- Motivation to take on responsibility and continuously develop your professional skills

Your career as a Performance Marketing Manager
As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Loyamo, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, design and management of data-driven paid media campaigns. Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for the optimisation of Google Ads, social media ads (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn) and other performance channels, deriving precise recommendations for action and ensuring that our clients’ media budgets achieve maximum ROI.
You’ll actively drive conversion optimisation, ensure clean web tracking (e.g. via Google Tag Manager) and carry out in-depth web analytics to create well-founded, data-driven decision-making proposals for our clients. In doing so, you’ll always keep a close eye on the key KPIs and develop scalable growth strategies.

New Performance Marketing Managers go through a structured onboarding programme with us, which includes training on our specific tools and processes as well as an introduction to our ongoing projects and teams. During your first few months, an experienced colleague will act as your mentor to ensure a smooth start.
We support your ongoing professional development by providing targeted access to specialist training courses, conferences and hands-on workshops in the field of digital growth. In addition, we offer structured in-house training programmes and the opportunity to gain valuable, official certifications in relevant performance disciplines, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Some of us start at half past seven and others at half past nine, so the classic core working hours start at about half past nine and go on until about 4 pm.
