- Optimization of Google Ads campaigns (SEA) and derivation of recommendations for action

Your career as an Online Marketing Manager
As Online Marketing Manager at Loyamo, you will be responsible for the optimization of Google Ads campaigns (SEA), deriving precise recommendations for action and ensuring that our clients achieve maximum success. The development and implementation of holistic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing strategies are also part of your tasks in order to increase the visibility of our clients in search engines.

We are looking for candidates with a degree in marketing, communications or a related subject and professional experience in online marketing. Important qualifications include an analytical and conceptual mindset, sound knowledge of MS Office and fluency in German and English.
New Online Marketing Managers go through a structured onboarding program with us, which includes training on our specific tools and processes as well as introductions to our ongoing projects and teams. In the first few months, an experienced colleague will be available to you as a mentor to ensure a smooth start.
We support the continuous professional development of our employees through access to training courses, conferences and workshops. In addition, we offer internal training programs and the opportunity to acquire certifications in relevant areas such as Google Ads or Google Analytics.
Some of us start at half past seven and others at half past nine, so the classic core working hours start at about half past nine and go on until about 4 pm.
