- Consulting, optimization and expansion of our clients’ online marketing activities
- Optimization of Google Ads campaigns (SEA) and derivation of recommendations for action
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing, from conception to implementation
- Conversion optimization, tracking and web analytics to prepare decision templates for our clients
- Email marketing and affiliate cooperations
- Various further training courses, such as participation in intensive seminars in each online marketing channel, SEO certifications and certifications for Google Ads and Google Analytics

- You are enthusiastic about the Internet and have at least 6 months of experience in online marketing at an innovative company, start-up or agency
- Knowledge of programming with HTML & CSS, JavaScript and PHP is an advantage
- You enjoy working with technology and design
- You have analytical, conceptual skills and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Questions & answers about the position of Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Munich
We are looking for candidates with a degree in marketing, communications or a related subject and professional experience in online marketing. Important qualifications include an analytical and conceptual mindset, sound knowledge of MS Office and fluency in German and English.
New Online Marketing Managers go through a structured onboarding program with us, which includes training on our specific tools and processes as well as introductions to our ongoing projects and teams. In the first few months, an experienced colleague will be available to you as a mentor to ensure a smooth start.
We support the continuous professional development of our employees through access to training courses, conferences and workshops. In addition, we offer internal training programs and the opportunity to acquire certifications in relevant areas such as Google Ads or Google Analytics.
Some of us start at half past seven and others at half past nine, so the classic core working hours start at about half past nine and go on until about 4 pm.
