We are looking for you! - as a test person (m/f/d)
For our clients from a wide range of industries, you will test various websites, apps or products for their functionality and user-friendliness. Each test usually takes about 60 minutes and takes place in our office directly at Heimeranplatz in Munich. For your time and effort, you will usually receive an Amazon voucher worth between €25-40!
What you can expect in the testing room
As a usability tester, you will be asked various questions about a website by the test administrator in a test room. You will be recorded as you navigate various tasks and how you behave on a website.
What can you expect from our usability tests?
Before the test begins, you sign a declaration of consent that allows us to film the test from various angles, document it and send the results to the client. This data is not published and is used purely for analysis purposes.
At the beginning of the test, you will receive a scenario from us which will guide you through the test using specific tasks.
During the test, a moderator will ask you occasional questions about your approach.
Only your personal and open opinion counts in the test: there are no wrong answers and no mistakes!
During the test, you will use test devices provided by us on which you can carry out the test.
Finally, you will fill out a questionnaire to answer open questions.
