🌊🚣♀️ Team building with a difference!
Yesterday, one of our teams swapped the agency office for the Isar river and embarked on an adventure with a rafting tour in Grünwald.
With paddling, changing boats, navigating, and the occasional current, it really had everything. It became clear that without communication, coordination, and trust, nothing works. Neither on the Isar nor in everyday agency life.
Whether steering through tight turns or working together when things got a little shaky, we mastered every challenge as a team. And best of all, we actually stayed (almost 😉) dry at the end.
It was a great experience that was not only a lot of fun, but also showed us once again that things are simply better together, whether in a boat or in online marketing. 💪
